Well, here it is y'all I love this recipe so much because it is an easy one and you can make it early and throw it in the crock to stay warm.
Creamy Chicken with bacon and ranch
1lb bacon sliced in half inch pieces
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4tbs flour
1/2 to 1cup of Hidden Valley dry ranch mix(SAM'S has big container)
2&1/2 cups milk(whole)
1 box noodles(your choice) I use rotini
1/2 cup parm. cheese
Cook noodles to package instr.
In lrg. skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp drain, reserve 4tbsp. bacon grease.
In same skillet cook chicken in reserve drippings until no longer pink.
Sprinkle flour and ranch mix over chicken and stir well.
Stir in milk and cook till thick.
Stir in bacon and cooked noodles.
Sprinkle Parm. Cheese over top and enjoy!
This goes so fast in my house I have to either double or triple this recipe.
Yum... we love pasta dishes at our house too. I'll have to make this one night.
